Inspired by the Middle East and Mediterranean, Tummo's menu is rich in plant-based options. You can choose from five plant-based dishes without thinking twice:
- Organic miso, vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and kombu slow-cooked unami broth.
- Warm chickpea porridge with tahini, habanero salsa, zhoug, amba and olive oil.
- Marinated kebab skewers served with grilled sourdough flatbread, smoked hummus, kale, and pickled cucumber.
- Oven-roasted, grilled butternut squash with Freekeh grains and tahini sauce.
- Lebanese pancakes stuffed with apples.
