During the warm season, the plant-based food van delights the residents of Trakai and the guests of the city. Located near the lifeguard station, so you can enjoy not only delicious vegetarian dishes, but also views of Trakai Castle.

Since it's only open on weekends, chances are you'll want to come back again and again - two days to enjoy the whole menu will not be enough! The selection is really wide: vegan cold cuts, tacos with breadfruit, falafels with salad and stuffed sweet potato. And where is the abundance of desserts - we counted as many as seven different ones! 

PS Bitė's kitchen van sometimes also visits festivals, so don't panic if you can't find them.
