The goal of the ČIA GALI campaign is to encourage as many public catering establishments as possible to include plant-based dishes in their menus, to replace ingredients of animal origin with alternatives that are friendlier to animals and the environment. However, we understand that making change alone can be difficult. We want our members to be equal partners in the journey towards a more sustainable diet. On the resource platform, we share basic training in plant-based nutrition, which includes both theoretical and practical knowledge in the preparation and creation of plant-based dishes.
